1. Who we are
SenFlo ("SenFlo," "we," "us") provides a web application that helps job seekers draft outreach emails, manage templates, discover contacts, and send messages from their own Gmail account. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website and services (the "Service"), available at senflo.xyz and related domains.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, and profile image from Google when you sign in with Google.
- Google sign-in: name, email address, and profile image when you sign in with Google. We use standard sign-in scopes only — SenFlo does not access or send from your Gmail inbox on your behalf.
- Content you provide: email drafts, templates, subject lines, recipient lists, company names, job titles, and similar data you enter for generation or bulk send.
- Usage and billing: subscription status, credit balances, send logs (recipient, subject, send status), and payment-related identifiers from Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and standard server logs for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Authenticate you and operate your account;
- Generate and personalize email content using SenFlo's AI;
- Discover and verify contact information using SenFlo's systems;
- Open prefilled drafts in your own email app when you choose to send;
- Process subscriptions and credit top-ups through Stripe;
- Enforce usage limits (credits, subscriptions) and prevent abuse;
- Improve, secure, and support the Service; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we process your data
Most processing happens on SenFlo's own systems — including our AI for drafting and our tools for contact discovery and verification. We also rely on a limited set of partners only where necessary to operate the Service:
- Google — sign-in (subject to Google's policies);
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions (we do not store full card numbers);
- Infrastructure — secure hosting and databases to run the application and store your account data.
5. SenFlo AI and your content
When you use generate or discover features, you provide inputs such as company name, role, and template text. SenFlo's AI and discovery systems process that information on our servers to produce drafts and contact suggestions. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want us to process. You are responsible for reviewing all output before sending.
6. Retention
We retain account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account by emailing senfloxyz@gmail.com; we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or billing purposes.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, encrypted connections to our database, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk and protect your Google account credentials.
8. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect Gmail by removing SenFlo's access in your Google Account permissions. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at senfloxyz@gmail.com to exercise those rights.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
