1. Agreement
By accessing or using SenFlo at senflo.xyz (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
2. The Service
SenFlo helps users create outreach emails, manage templates, find contacts, and send email through their own Gmail account. Features may include SenFlo's AI-assisted drafting, contact discovery, credit-based usage, and paid subscriptions for sending. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Google sign-in
SenFlo uses Google sign-in to identify you and prefill placeholders like your name in drafts. Sending happens in your own email app — you compose and send each message yourself. You must comply with Google's terms and applicable anti-spam laws. You are the sender of record; SenFlo is a tool, not the originator of your outreach.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages;
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable email or privacy laws;
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or SenFlo's systems;
- Circumvent credits, subscriptions, or security controls; or
- Use the Service in a way that harms SenFlo, other users, or third parties.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform, with or without notice where permitted by law.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Certain features consume credits or require an active paid subscription. Prices and allowances are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscription renewals and top-ups follow the terms presented at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
7. SenFlo AI-generated content
Drafts and contact suggestions produced by SenFlo's AI may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review and edit all content before sending. SenFlo does not guarantee replies, interviews, or employment outcomes. You are solely responsible for what you send.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and underlying technology. You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENFLO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify SenFlo against claims arising from your content, your emails, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless otherwise required by law.
